Prioritize your Wellness+

Wellness+ Style.

Hey Sis!

I see you. You’re wearing all the hats—daughter, friend, wife, mother, auntie, boss, business owner, student, church leader, philanthropist…the list is endless. You show up for everyone else, but let me ask you this:

When was the last time you showed up for you?

How many times have you said, “This is the year I take charge of my health, my mindset, my budget, my style…” only to feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin?

That’s where I come in.

As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I’m here to partner with you—to guide, support, and empower you to become the best version of yourself through your unique Wellness+ Style journey. It’s time to pour into you—because you deserve it.

Wellness+ Style encompasses:

Movement – Daily physical activity that honors your body, not punishes it—whether it’s a walk, a stretch, dancing in your kitchen, or strength training.

Nutrition – Nourishing your body with whole foods that fuel energy, balance hormones, and long-term vitality—not overly restrictive or guilt.

Physical Health Care– Prioritizing rest, regular doctor check-ups, sleep, hydration, and sustainable habits that support a strong, healthy body.

Mental Wellness – Cultivating clarity, focus, and calm through mindset work, boundaries, self reflections, journaling, meditation and more.

Emotional Wellness – Allowing yourself to feel, process, and release emotions in a safe, supported way.

Financial Wellness – Creating budgets, responsibility, accountability, and peace around money—spending wisely, saving, and investing in yourself without shame, fear, or unnecessary explanations.

Relationship Wellness – Building and maintaining healthy, reciprocal connections with others—and yourself.

Spiritual Wellness– Establishing daily practices of bible reading, meditating, and prayer that foster a deep personal relationship with God. Being in-tuned with your intuition, faith, purpose, and peace.

Style- Building confidence and self image internally that translates through the way you dress, walk, talk, and show up on the outside— It’s not trendy, it’s authentic to your taste and reflects the woman you are now and long to be in the future.

True wellness is NOT being perfect- it's being Self-Aware and Consistently Seeking Growth; inside and out!
